  • What payment options do you offer?

    We currently offer Visa or Mastercard as payment options.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

    You should typically receive an email within a few minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, please remember to check your spam or junk folders, as it may have been filtered there. Certain providers (such as Gmail) automatically direct newsletters into specific folders, so we suggest reviewing those filters as well as any custom filters you may have set up. If you still haven’t received your order confirmation after this timeframe, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@buysnuseveryday.com for further assistance.

  • Can your products be delivered to my country?

    We are able to ship orders to the United States, Canada, Australia, and a number of European countries. If you are located in one of these regions, you can place your order with confidence.

  • When is my order being shipped?

    Orders are shipped either the same day or the following business day, depending on the time the order is placed. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and certain national holidays are not considered business days, as our shipping partners do not operate on those dates. For instance, if you place an order late on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday once the weekend has passed, and unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

  • What if I wrote the wrong address?

    Provide the order number and any information that needs changing and we'll do our best to have it resolved on time.
  • What can delay my shipment?

    Quite a few factors, unfortunately — though this is not usually the case. Delays can occur due to weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, sorting errors, address corrections, missing details, customs clearance, or mistakes at the warehouse. For this reason, the delivery times we advertise should be viewed as general expectations rather than guaranteed timeframes.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse or shipped, we can still cancel it. Please notify us as quickly as possible, as once the order has been fully processed, we will no longer be able to accommodate this request.

  • I haven't received my package.

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to track every single package we send, and occasionally deliveries may take longer than expected. If this happens, the best step is to contact us at support@buysnuseveryday.com or call +447724662659. We’ll help investigate why your package hasn’t arrived yet and work with you to resolve the issue.
